21 Days of Rain

Again this day is for those who like rain, and cold and wind and 6 degrees Celsius. Rain you could actually see it was white coming down.  I think they were actually flakes of the 'S' word..............SNOW The wind made the driving so I had to hang on to the steering wheel a little bit firmer than usual. It was so cold today, ran into Smithers but their stores ran out of stove pellets and thankfully my home town had some.  Country people are so prepared!!!   OK back to pictures...
umm just a few flakes to start off with
clouds clinging to the mountain

it is a wonder to see these trains and the hundreds of cars they pull on these mountain railways, reminds me of the song...
1. Life is like a mountain railway,
With an engineer that's brave;
We must make the run successful,
From the cradle to the grave;
Watch the curves, the fills, the tunnels;
Never falter, never quail;
Keep your hands upon the throttle,
And your eyes upon the rail.
Chorus:
Blessed Savior, Thou wilt guide us,
Till we reach that blissful shore,
When the Angels wait to join us
In Thy praise for evermore.
Skunk Cabbages are growing fast
a farmer is burning grass,
the real deal rain in the afternoon

Love the picture of  precipitous fog against the mountain!  The sun came out an hour later! But wait until tomorrow i will have a surprise waiting......
